HIGH NET WORTH DIVORCE

At Lighthouse, no case is too complex. We have the experience, skills, and intellect to help you navigate even the most complex situations financially or otherwise, including partners with a high net worth. While some people may think that a high net worth divorce must be litigated, that is not the case. Significant assets add an element of complexity to your divorce; however, handling significant assets in your divorce does not have to mean high-conflict litigation.

When working through a high net worth divorce, we will work together to understand the entirety of your unique financial situation. We will then together work on finding an agreement that respects each of your unique needs and interests. Your attorneys can be involved in some or all of the process if you choose.
